Wonderful friends, Charlie & Gayle Parker. We first met in San Felipe in 2003; then Livingston, TX; then Florida; then they signed up for a tour with us going into Mexico and now Tucson. It is wonderful to bump into them around the USA. They came over to our rig for dinner tonight. I fixed Enchiladas. I used Jane DeMayo's recipe, but I think Jane's was much better.
